BOWEL CANCER SCREENING RESEARCH

Many Australians are reluctant to be screened for bowel cancer.

We'd like to hear your opinions about getting screened for bowel cancer, how you feel about bowel cancer testing, and what you think about your own cancer risks.

We want to learn more about what Australians - both male and female - think and feel when it comes to getting screened for this cancer, which is a relatively common disease in Australia. There is still much to understand about why people choose to screen or not to screen for bowel cancer.

We are currently running a survey (until 1 June, 2010) so that we can gather Australian opinions on this issue. Your anonymity is guaranteed, and you will not be asked to provide your name anywhere in the survey.

The survey is open to all Australians who are age 35 or over.
